Last we spoke on 23rd of September where he said "I need another day"
I texted him on 25th, no response, no seen.

Additional Information: I paid him 50$ for CHIME USA (FULL ACCESS + ALL DOCUMENTS). The account he gave me is only Phone number access without any documents but only text information of the owner. At first he thrown me ip+port and told me like crazy "HOW YOU CAN'T USE IP"? Then I finally made him send me proxies which lasted less than a day.
I told him to refund me and I'll give him his account back. He told me he needed a day to get the money and I agreed.
The second day he told me he has customer "blah blah" needs another day. I gave him 24hrs.
I forgot and It's been 3 days now. I texted him yesterday and he avoids my messages.
