The shop website does not act as a middleman, and does not facilitate transactions. When you made your purchase, the funds went to the seller (https://t.me/surreal05).

From what I gathered, it seems the product (tool) itself is not broken, rather a third party function (hCoptcha solver) within it. I strongly urge you to contact the seller (https://t.me/surreal05) and ask for a license extension or a refund, this is the first step.

Yes but its literally paid through your website (https://www.shop.xyliase.com/product/sur...scord-tool) stop capping i have contacted him for a refund but if he doesn't give you should be held reliable as its on YOUR site and Reverse Proxies Under Your Website! And you should take down this product as it doesn't work!

@Xyliase What's the reasoning for "SurDM" tool being advertised on your main domain? You do not disclose anywhere within your sales thread that you are acting a reseller or a middleman in a way, which might be confusing and seen as if you were the actual seller.
