Amount or Item(s) Scammed:wanted me to teach him how to extract dbs and parse the data
Screenshots of Communication: i will provide the entire chat logs if the staff would want me too in private or here it doesnt matter
Additional Information: i tried reaching a resolution with this guy but his response was, "sorry i wasted your time" then he cleared our chats, probably assuming I didn't save the logs, which I did. I sorted the 9million lines, I extracted, did what he wanted, then he stopped replying to me, all of this after he agreed to buying me supreme, I told him I'll just take the coin instead and boom chat is cleared lol, tells you enough about this guy.

this scam report is nothing personal but business is business, i offered to be his friend and help him in the future, i even told him before he agreed to the deal that the database he was having me sort and extract was public and he was ok with it, but sadly for him you cannot just start a deal and agree to it, and halfway in say nevermind sorry wasting time goodbye and clear chats that is not right. hopefully this guy come to his senses when trying to do business.

I was looking to buy a method for parsing the data from sql files, he said he can do it and will do it for free, (wont charge you) he said, all i have to do is send him my dbs, after found out it was public dbs he tried to charge me 70$ for it, i don't like his attitude that's why i said i change my mind not gonna pay 70$ for this method anymore, i didn't receive the extract lines from him nor his method he's going to teach and this guy call me scammer and im scamming him lmao

what happens to customer right? if i walk into store looking for sth, the worker show me around, and i dont like the way the worker is treating me, ofc i said i changed my mind and walk out, so if u go into a store and dont buy anything and the worker calling police on him said he's a scammer and he's scamming u, joke on who? and btw after i browse through the internet for 5min i can sort it myself, so u're selling me 70$ methods when it took 5min to do? who try to scam who?

I told him I would take the db, parse it for him, sort it, send it to him, then he pays me, than I teach him how to do a few things, that's what we agreed too, I parsed it, removed what needed to be, extracted it, uploaded it, and right before I sent him the link he says sorry for wasting your time, I then tell him you cannot just agree to a deal and backout, wtf? If you pay me to build a deck for you and then half way you tell me , never mind i can do it myself without paying me, after i already did half of the work, wtf do you do about that? you dont do business like that, you cannot just apologize and everything is ok lol, the amount of money here is not the issue, i am not in a rush or desperate for the money at all, you are because you blatantly tried to dodge paying me  thinking i would not know better, jokes on you buddy.
