We bought he's discord tool, and it's in a broken state.
We bought it for fully verified token creation, which is currently broken:


On top of that he advertises that creating a new verified token starts at $0.03.
A number alone on a service he recommends costs $0.10, which means it's not profitable anymore to sell the tokens as they go for $0.12, and there is still mail + proxy cost.
He keeps saying "it says starting from" but when i ask him to show me how to create a fully verified token he doesn't tell me how.
Starting from means it's actually possible from that price, which it's clearly not:


In the screenshot he shows me here it's already $0.06 cents per number, including cost of proxy + mail + captcha this comes down to ~$0.10 per token, which again is not "starting at $0.03"

I want a full refund UNLESS he can show me how to create a fully verified token for $0.03 (which at the moment is impossible anyways since he sold us a broken tool and the fully verified function is not working).

Also, PFP + Bio + other features he advertises are also broken and can not be used:

Funny how you first call me a kid and tell me to go make one even after i point you to your threads etc multiple times, and once a DD is created suddenly it's a miss understanding.
You sell a broken tool with false advertising, staff should look into this.

we never sold broken tools , as i said you seems new to discord things , and who knows know that discord changes things frequently , if mail verified worked this week , last week it was broken 
the missunderstood that happens is the pricing list, cause this days its impossible to do full for 0.03$ and the real price is around 0.2-0.3 , also the pricing list doesnt contain proxy and rdp costs
we trying daily to update our tools which is showen logs of in our server , we've being fixing discord tool since a year now and we gonna keep to do so

also we have seen that you miss understood and we have refunded you cause you bought like today.
