Additional Information: We agreed $20 for my 2014 snapchat account. I sent him the account, changed email to his, changed the phone number and than he said he can't change the username so he said he will return me the account. It's nearly 1 week and I don't have it even tho he said 24-48 hours. I sent him acc details via pm on the forum.
At this point I want to have the $20 for the acc
