Additional Information:
i deposited 5 bucks to this ridiculous site. As can be seen from the 3rd screenshot, it does not respond to tickets. totally scam site. As you can see from the 4th screenshot, it has also received advertisements from the site, but the feedback is very negative. It gives 2fa and wrong accounts!!

For future I will write to you. This is brute,so ch can change password and we refund accs with invalid pass. We can't recheck all accs every day that's why it can be invalid. 
If you have 2fa-any shops will not refund it because in 99% it can be passed,but need to know how to do this
If you make refund ticket-you need to wait when we will check it. If you don't agree with us-you can make new ticket and admin will contact to you.
Not need to tell that we are scammers or smth else because we work correct and can speak to each buyer if they have any problems in work and help if we know how
