Additional Information: he told me that his friend stole his account has shit like that and wont take screen shots of there coversation because its snapchat like tf and he also said that i will get my money in 2-3 days and just contacted me today and said he gonna give to me next week

Ohhh such a shame no? 
Okey so i guess u need ti understand what i do for u to get your money back,
1. Yeah i received 40 bucks in advance for him to close the case idk the paypal case or smth ( to bad the convo with the " friend " is on snap, its my bad i could tell him to talk on any other shitty platforms )
2. Yeah i made another coinbase account cuz the other one was hacked and stolled all my money ( have proof )
3. Last week i got scammed 300 usd by @Tutifrutti ( i mean he got hacked ) but i did not make a scam report because he said he can help me get my money back next week, ( have proof )
4. So in total i got scammed 522 USD cuz i tried to help someone. 
5. Also the first who let me knowed that i was hacked are @Psihedelic and @Moderators cuz of them i managed to find that i got hacked,
6. After i talked with u and tried to grab that money back just to send ur money back cuz u was scammed I am still the bad person here ? 
7. @Tutifruti told me that in one week i can get my money back and i told him that idk if he saw that. 
8. @Denmark saw what happened and my ban appeal and unbanned me, he have proofs

So thx to @Moderators @Psihedelic i could find the issue and stop it so no one will get involved anymore. 

If u dont understand how is like to be scammed and after to help that person u better dont talk to me ever again. 

Peace i will let someone who can do their job to take the best decision.

i told him i will refund his money, i told him like this 
1.If i can manage to get my account back i will send his money back right away
2.If i cant get my acc back wich i did not retrieve my account back and lost 200+ usd i will try to get his money as soon as posible
