Additional Information: Originally, I had an issue with the payment, but that was quickly resolved. The seller told me I should eventually receive the product by mail. Till now I've not received the product and it has been 5 days since the purchase, which according to their website the delivery shouldn't take more than 5 days. Now the seller has been ignoring me for a few days and not giving any updates about the product.
