Here dev agreed to switch project.Butlater declined as APIs were too hard for him.It is not like i am designing facebook.It is a single website with single function

Additional Information:

i was promised a site which i never received
they made frontend backend wasnt done
no coinbase module no btc payment module was made

I tried to compromise by switching to a alternative site but i get a response saying "api is confusing" even though multiple other sites are using the same api

And the change is not because of choice.It is because API isnt working
If they can get the api working i will take the old project

As a developer they must take some responsibility
I am willing to pay in full if they can do 5sim project or my initial project
or issue me a complete refund
If i give you a project and you are unable to deliver i deserve a full refund.You should have tested everything before you agreed to take this project
Things and requirements were mentioned clearly from start
Even then i was willing to meet you halfway by giving you a alternate project
which you wrote "API is really confusing"
How can API's be confusing when everything is clearly documented



All these are api based clone of same site.So obviously API isn't confusing

You provided one of our developers with an API to use for the project. The API turns out to be broken / not functional. The entire project is completed. It is not the responsibility of our developer if the API you provide does not work (anymore, I don't know). 

If you want to,  we can deliver you the site with the API integration you requested, it just won't work (In that case you got exactly what you ordered).

We offered you multiple alternative solutions, but you did not show much interest. The work for the website is already executed, and it's not a possibility to issue a full refund.

It is responsibility of developer to test these apis before he takes on project.
Suppose i hire you on fiverr.WIll the staff on fiverr claim that the apis are broken or will the issue me a full refund

2) The entire project is completed. It is not the responsibility of our developer if the API you provide does not work (anymore, I don't know). 

Project is nowhereclose to complete.All your dev has done is made a landing page and 1-2 more pages.And by made i mean a literal clone a copy paste of existing sms.city website with 0 changes.
Nor has you dev added coinbase or junglepaybtc integration which was the actual work to be done.Sms.city literally has 3 api options.The API documentation is just 1 paragraph

Your dev is a idiot.I asked your dev to offer me a 5 s im clone.The dev could not do that stating the APIs are confusing.Even though multiple clones of that site exist

I was the one who decided to compromise and go for 5sim.Which your dev initially agreed but later backed out stating the APIs are too hard from him
What kind of work was done

Macdonald won't blame me if they are out of chicken. They won't hand me out a burger with lettuce and bun and ask for payment. Then blame me that i was supposed to get the chicken

Just imagine this i am a fiverr client and this developer has offered me a site that dosent work,dosent have plugins i asked for.Then has the audacity to say 80% work was done and dosent even offer refund.Fiverr would not only issue me a complete refund but would completely kick that junk seller out of their website
