Additional Information: So i bought an account, at like 1 am & the next morning the account was fully blocked & companies was deleted on qonto. I depositted 100€ & did 3 ubereats refund that he claims locked the account, when in fact i did thousands of ubereats refund on another qonto that never locked & i still have it.
His account is bad quality & that why they blocked it probably, i can send you screenshots of my other qonto doing ubereat refunds without lock. & If i pay 850€ i expect to use the account? Like i used 100€ & got blocked instantly.

The account he bought from me was under escrow
Lucas was the middleman
TOS:Was successful login warranty
After login he checked the account and changed credentials of the account too
Than he said to Lucas to release the fund
And he released it.
Also he lied about the transaction at the first place
I check the email and see multiple transactions

@Nir0 I have evidence that you said you made transactions. When you was in SB, you told me you never used the account. Therefore, I cannot say what you did to the account to get it locked or not. Therefore, I will not make the seller refund you. The warranty has ended and you was aware. You knew the risks as well when it comes to stealth accounts. No need to blame the victim card now Solved, closed.
