Additional Information: So basically he came to me and said to me if I want to make a website for him, I agreed and he told me he just wanted me to do a copy-paste from another website and I agreed as well. I told him that the price was 100 dollars, and I asked for upfront, he did not want to give it to me at first anything, Finally, he agreed to give me $20 as a start, and after 3 days I gave him the site. He did not say anything at first when I gave it to him, He waited until he host it , Then he told me that he did not tell me to copy from any site , He said that I SCAMMED him and he opened a scam report against me, (All this just so he wouldn't give me my $80 )
