Additional Information: I just put out a post on SB looking for someone to exchange me 55$ PP to 50$ ltc a then l3nr sent me a message on discord saying he wants to do it i was skeptical at first and asked him to go first user refused so i went first sent the funds to his paypal then he said my payment limited his acc and then said i do a dispute clearly knowing that takes days and paypal might not even accept the dispute still i did the dispute hoping paypal will refund me then the user, he didnt want to send me my ltc when i told him i need it urgently he decided to ghost me and went offline its more detailed in the chats
