Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $15.29 for Starbucks giftcards

Additional Information: I must admit, I am new to the bitcoin/cracked accounts scene, so I need help with figuring stuff out. However, he was extremely belligerent and unhelpful - which caused me to unknowingly send more money than needed. I was supposed to send 9.95 euros ($11) worth of payment to him, but I sent him $15.29 and I am still short $1 in bitcoin. His shop doesn't accept Paypal so I said I want to do PP so he said he can do bitcoin exchange. I have never dealt with bitcoin, and he has charged me an unnecessarily excessive amount of money. He told me to send him paypal so he can send me btc enough for purchase of 5 cards. I even asked if moving through bitcoin will cause any EXTRA fees and no response. I have asked for withdrawal from this transaction (that he return my paypal money and I will return bitcoins he sent worth $10; or if he is willing, to give me the cards anyway), and he is not replying anymore
