I purchased a Coursera Plus account from you on August 25, as advertised with a one-year warranty. However, the account stopped working on December 10, which is far from the promised one-year duration.
I noticed on your Telegram messages that you’re now stating the warranty is only for two weeks, which contradicts the one-year warranty mentioned in your original post.
