Additional Information: I bought their services on 18/december and since then i still waiting for deliver/answer/refund (6 days and counting), but they keep ignoring tickets, and when we complain on general chat they say to ping on ticket, they refused to refund me, and don't answer when or if my services will be delivered, now i waited for so long, i want a refund please, and $20 is nothing but i want to alert others about this poor quality service.
