As you can clearly see in the thread of our conversation, I explicitly mentioned multiple times that I needed to replenish my RDP and that it was taking longer than expected. I informed you that I had not yet opened the file you sent me and suggested that you sell it to someone else if you had the opportunity. My intention was to check the units once I had reupped my RDP, proxies, and other necessary tools.
Furthermore, it is important to note that I never actually requested these units from you. You took it upon yourself to send them without my explicit consent. Despite this, I informed you of my intention to check them at a later time, once I had the necessary resources. It was only after I reiterated this point that you mentioned filing a scam report, to which I responded by encouraging you to proceed since I had not yet inspected the units.
Additionally, upon reviewing the screenshot provided in the scam report, it is clear that you initially mentioned a price of $200, whereas you are now claiming $360. This inconsistency raises doubts about your credibility and suggests a lack of proper understanding of the facts.
In light of these facts, I believe it is evident that your scam report is unfounded and unjustified. I kindly request that you reconsider your actions and retract the report accordingly.

This is a totally fair and valid question however what he fails to mention is that we had a completely successful transaction two days prior to this, so when he asked me this, two things, 1. I was not expecting him to send them over immediately, the day prior he took nearly 30 min to send them over. so i figured i'd have time, and 2. I had forgotten my RDP had lapsed over night, and when he asked me first thing in the morning I hadn't even had a chance to look at my rdp. However I'd like to note, I was honest with him about this delay, but he became impatient and started bombarding me with messages threatening me and making accusations.
Since the vendor was growing so impatient, and i honestly hadn't even had a chance to open the file, I informed him at that point he could sell them to someone else, as I hadn't even gotten a chance to get to the rdp issue yet.

as for you, you know damn well as I told you when we had a successful transaction and I did pay you begrudgingly for your logs which you made me check with MY checker, and only about 30% were good, that i wasn't interested in your logs if they were raped like they were when i bought them from you that day. That being said even if I had agreed to "look them over" as I said, that was not an explicit "i'll buy them"
Here's the bottom line: I ain't paying a penny because I didn't use those logs. You sent them without waiting for my go-ahead. That's on you, not me. You need to cool it with the accusations and take responsibility for your own actions. And Mod, I hope this clears up the situation. I respect the rules here, and I ain't trying to scam anyone. It's all just one big misunderstanding.
