I created thread that I am looking for developer to create tools that will be according to my requirements. This person contacted me on Telegram saying that he will create the tool for me, after agreeing the price and accepting my terms I sent him $15 as a deposit with the understanding that he has 2h to create my program. After the 2h was up he started making excuses and asking constantly for an extension of time. When I asked him after more than 2 hours for proof of what he had done so far, he didn't send me anything. Since this person did not meet my demands and I have not received the program yet, it is logical that he scammed me, so I am asking for a refund. I'll probably don't get that money, which I don't really care about, I'm more concerned about this guy getting banned. It's clear from the screenshots that he scammed me, so I wouldn't prolong it too much. I'm definitely not going to interact with him in any way, I'll just wait for the moderators to decide.
