Additional Information: I am doing business from the shops since 2019. This is first time writing a report. I saw a thread of cheap account in this forum. I purchased it from his shop but the account wasn't working. So I immediately text him on telegram and on his shop chat. He said he will give me a replacement on the order day. I ordered it on 6th October. After one day I keep texting him but he wasn't seeing me masseges. After some messages he replied it'll be provided in next few hours as you can see in the screenshots. But he keeps saying that since 3days past. I know 5$ isn't a great amount but the thing is about community's reputation and my bad experience for the first time. It'll be better if he refund me because if he provide me a account I'm sure it'll be a low quality one because I don't trust this seller anymore. I hope admins will take action about that. Still he is not seeing my texts so after 3days I am reporting to you guys because I found that in here. Thanks.

Yeah, Admin should act about this because there is scam report about him more than one. What is the meaning of refund or answering to the customer after only a report. That is not good for members to have this kind of shop who only refund or answer after the report. @Darkness I hope you'll look this matter wisely for your members.
