Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 100 € for a 20k web.de and gmx.de combo

Additional Information:
Bought a 20k combo for gmx.de and web.de and he agreed, that he'd give a refund if we wouldnt at least get 5k mailaccess out of it.
Sadly , he deleted the msg in which he agrees to refund, before I could take a Screenshot.
It was right after i asked if he'd replace or refund, if we didnt get the 5k mailaccess. He said yes to refund and my reply was to what he said.
There's obviously something missing from the conversation, so I hope that works in my favour.
