Additional Information: Keeps on leaving me on read, has came on multiple times and still no response. I’ve given him 12+ hours to respond and he hasn’t but continues to go online. I wasn't going to make a report but he kept on ignoring me. 
I believe that since the product was never made and I haven't received anything that the refund should be eligible.

honestly he doesn’t have to cover fees, it’s not that big of a deal for me to loose $1 in fees. it was still around 15 hours of me being left on read and him coming online multiple times.
