Additional Information: So i've bough this account around april this year and it was all fine till yesterday when i suddently opened my phone and the app keep crashing. I asked him nicely to give me an new apk so i can still access to the app. Which he responded with "if you want the apk you have to buy account" aka he declines and acting stupid cuz he was the guy who gave me the apk to get access to the bunq app. He refuses to help me. 
Besides that there is nowhere in this TOS written that your account can die or anything related to the apk.

OP spamming my Telegram all day long I give him answer several times that I no longer have any apk. The purchase made 203 day ago and from April 5 the guy got his bunq active & working as promised.

The warrenty is for the account yes, but not for the apk you provided. I never complained about the account anyway.

You’re being toxic asshole, besides i repeatly asked you nice if you could help me out. you said “if you want bunq you have to buy another account. So it means you’re still providing bunq which also means you still have the apk or emulator.
The only thing i want is to get rid off the balance.

Even If we follow your last statement about buying apk. It's also part of the actual TOS, 24h

When you sold me an ACCOUNT it worked i never COMPLAINED about the account like the 2nd time i am telling you. ITS ALL ABOUT YOUR APK.

Now youre telling me “ i dont want to sell you any accounts” which means youre avoiding this problem.
