Additional Information: As you can see, I contacted him and asked: "Your order history is gift cards?" He responds: "if everyone were selling the quality my accounts have we would have flying cars, Its all physical items orders , bought with cc from real people" I trusted him because he has some reputation on the website (I am looking for vcc/cc order history and not generated gift card order history).
He provided me with an account that is generated aged amazon gift card order history when I was looking for an aged account that the order history made with VCC/CC 

All I ask for is a refund, I have not made any changes to the accounts, just logged in using a USA proxy.
