Additional Information: I bought an EU Wise account from him that got instantly banned after receiving a normal, low value bank transfer. Even he acknowledged that there is a problem with the method he uses to create the accounts as you can see it on the pictures. I asked for a replacement, he agreed to, then he completely disappeared. On the 3rd picture you can see that he is still replying to other people. After this I want a refund instead of a replacement, I tried to solve the problem with him, but he refused to answer, even though he is clearly active and communicating with other people (Wondering why tho, since even according to him his accounts are getting flagged from the start)
