Scam report on Ares.bet (EA7 was the thread owner)

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $10 or just give me my product. I don't care for the $10, but when I pay for something I expect it to be fulfilled within 24 hours, or at least SOME update on the process.

Additional Information: It’s been over 24 hours since I contacted the staff team, and I’ve yet to get a single response from anyone. I was told the cashapp payment needed to be manually verified, and I don’t think it should take 24h to match my receipt code with my cashapp transaction.
Crypto address for a refund: Will provide to staff.

Extra note: It is 7:22 PM EST (9/25/22) for me, I paid at 5:20 PM EST YESTERDAY (9/24/22). They said they are 24/7 (https://imgur.com/1QsTYsz), yet fail to respond to any of my questions for hours on end. Almost the whole day went by, and not a single person has said anything.
