If you observe this closely, on the client order page. There is text there that says "Delayed Deployment (1-3 Day ETA)". We cannot change our static web page every time there is a hike in demand however, we do alter our store pages to reflect this in the rare occurrences we get increased demand.

As for the delayed reply, we let our workers celebrate the holidays such as "Martin Luther King Day" and, as it was a public holiday there was nothing we could do then.
