Additional Information:  Paid xelux for a manycams 1x pro account with 1year warranty on 29dec . The account stopped working after 2-3 days so i contacted him after a few days and he said he will send a new account once restocks but he never dropped a new one and just cleared conversations 2 times. First after i paid like 1-2 days later he cleared them on tele. then after reaching out he again cleared it . So i just want a refund now thanks . Hes still leaving me on read F.

@Liars He replaced the account right now. But im looking for a refund as i needed the account like a month ago and now i have no use of it as im not verifying accounts anymore so it would be just a waste. So please tell what should be done thanks :).

I can't full refund, you have paid for my service so i replaced the account that was not working.

If I buy a phone in a store, I'm not going to go back two weeks later and ask for a refund because I no longer need it.

i asked for the replacement on like 2nd jan , then twice again in between but u didnt drop any account and u just dropped the account on 3rd feb after a month when i opened a report on u. So doesnt makes sense to me tbh . Leaving it on @Liars or another admin to take the decision.
