Has not been solved, he didn't refund but scammed.

Also, both tagged users are responsible for the scam, not just one.
Both of them advertised the same discord channel meaning they're both responsible for the damage.

If a custom ug were to advertise the same thread with a premium member and the premium dude only takes the payments to scam doesn't mean that only the premium dude is responsible for the damage but both because the custom ug attracted customers as well into buying the service. If NoxyConfigs was only admin I would understand not banning him but he also advertised the service which makes him semi-responsible.
