Went on a twitter that I bought from this user and the name was changed and another user was attempting to run ads on the account. The account that I purchased before that also had a similar Issue where the account was logged into from another address. When contacted he offers to refund 25$ which is not sufficient as both the accounts we're double sold. seeking full refund for both accounts.
