Additional Information: I probably told £40 PayPal for £37 btc. He went first but I refunded due to money being on hold. He then said I got a steam GC. I agreed £15 BTC for £50 GC. He said you go first I was scared from before. But went first anyways. He said that I can refund or you send another $3 I told him refund he said done and went offline. I have no refund.

--i had paid 37pounds, and got it refunded too, as it was on hold for him
--I had said that i sell steam gc's, he had paid me too, but he had paid $3 less, and the price was negotiated already
--I told him either send $3 or ill refund
--He said refund,
--I did refund to the address he sent

I did not receive a refund but was told a refund was sent. However when looking on the Blockchain the funds are just sitting in the wallet I sent too.

He says that he no longer has access to that wallet. Is it true idk
