This isn't resolved lol. My issue is the page load times, the fact I can't use FTP. The fact I can't upload files larger than 200mb, none of these limits are listed anywhere on your website, everything on the package I bought is just simply listed as "unlimited" or "unmetered".
@Darkness I purchased "life time hosting" it isn't like its a monthly subscription, its a one time fee for permanent hosting access, however I've now realised the host isn't a competent web master and he has displayed as such.
I want to be able to use FTP (the same way I can on legionhosting.com for less money)
I want to be able to load pages faster than 30 seconds.
I want to have a competent host who doesn't take 2-3 days at best to respond unless you make a scam thread.
1) FTP does work, You just need to use the IP than ftp.domain.com
2) The hosting is fast, It loads the webpage in a good day, 3 seconds, in a bad day (maximum) 9 seconds.
3) I'm mostly busy, I usually take either 5-20 mins to respond to messages, You're not the only client that I have to focus on.

File size upload limit of 200mb is not adequate and some files aren't possible to split.
The only time you've responded to me quicker than 24 hours is when I've opened this scam thread.
@Darkness this is sold as a LIFETIME service, I get that at some stage it would eventually end but for what I purchased and what it was sold as, if this is a LIFETIME service, the service I've received from the first week is enough to tell me I do not want this for LIFETIME and would like to be refunded.

This is literally FTP, I am in it using your account meanwhile you're here giving false claims stating FTP doesn't work
There is no limit on file size that you can upload, I uploaded the theme you wanted to use easily through FTP without issues.
If you don't like the service, don't use it, It's your loss, not mine.
You're not receiving a refund because there is nothing here to blame on the hosting nor me, The blame is on you for not knowing how to install things correctly.

@Jowka I've also been using his web hosting for the past 3 months, never faced the issues you've listed. The loading time is usually between 2-5secs. (same for the cpanel and the site) Are you sure that it's not an issue on your side? Also why have you been rejecting getting help from him on discord?

I haven't been rejecting getting help.
I will check load times and other bits tomorrow, if all is well as is being claimed I'll close, if not I'll supply more evidence.
