Scammed by CoinPayCard, a VCC service for 70$

Additional Information: Needed a VCC to exchange Crypto to CC and make online payments and use Google Pay/Play platform, found these guys on cracked.io and decided to try them out. Couldn't get them to work on Google Play and decided to talk to support and ask what's the issue, they've said themselves that it is allowed and works provided here Imgur: The magic of the Internet I've asked if I need to use a VPN or anything and they've said no to that. They've asked me to put the correct billing address which I tried to but whenever I would choose USA it would only let me use the postal code as I'm from EU but they said it works internationally. After we talked for a bit and I was getting furious, they've said that it's my Google account issue. I knew this wasn't true but I wasn't about to be disrespectful and decided to contact support. As you can see in the screenshots above, support told me there was nothing wrong with my account and I had no red flags. The problem was the VCC provided, but after I proved that. He decided to back pedal and started to waste both of our time and speak about everything we talked about before which just wasted my time for no reason. Funny thing is, I got a VCC from my friend yesterday and I added it and it instantly worked without any issues with Google or anything, so that just basically proved everything I believed. I'd still like for the service to work as it looks amazing to exist, but I'd ask for a refund. I am sorry for being quite disrespectful in the last messages as I was tired of this support member just wasting my time and doing absolutely nothing, everything before that was clean and clear.

The error you received from Google is the following:     or-ccseh-05     Witch is an error by Google itself, not with our cards.

Also, I can see that google charged your card 2 times. And you used your card at other services successfully.
If there was an issue with our cards, you would 100% receive a refund. But unfortunately, this is an issue with your Google account.


EDIT: It is important the enter the right billing details for the card. It is possible to change the billing details in Google no matter where you live.

Again with the same nonsense, I've clearly said that I used another card yesterday and it perfectly added and I can make transactions, do you want proof of that? And it should be full clear in the screenshots that Google Support said that it's a bank issue and nothing wrong with my account :) You are just repeating everything that was in the screenshots trying to back your business. "Google charged your card 2 times" it's called a temporary charge, you should know that as you run a VCC business don't you? You know that the card is being added into my account but whenever I try to make a transaction, it gets declined. If my account was "locked" it wouldn't even let me add a card.

Hello, your card works absolutely fine. As I mentioned, you used your card on different merchants successfully. So there is no issue with our cards.

And I will say again, you received an error code when trying to pay on Google. Even Google suggests contacting their support if you receive this error. You never mentioned the error code to the Google support staff. The transactions gets declined by Google themselves. I don't see any declined transactions on your card at this time. So they don't even broadcast the transaction to us. Even if we issued you a new card, it won't work because you need to contact their support.

Agreed, we don't have a different answer for you, unfortunately. You made payments on other merchants, and there are no issues with your card. Again, the best way is to get in contact with Google so they can help you. If you do that, your account will work. We can only advise you.

There are is not 1 complain about our cards. So please contact Google and they will resolve your account issue.
