Additional Information: ever since i bought their service, i wasnt able to use it properly, due to poor optimization on their part, normally i bring this
issue to the owner's attention, they said they will be working on a fix, proxies stopped working a few days after they said that
and now they just announced that they will be merging with another provider, RoidProxy, which doesnt hold a good history
i just want my money back, their services are of no use to me and i dont want to waste more time dealing with whom they merged with

i never asked for or agreed to any transfer, i bought your service, it didnt work properly, it goes down for days, and now you are merging with RoidProxy, which is a service known to come and go every once in a while

"It didn't work properly", although you had stated in the ticket before deletion that the proxies were working but low cpm on 2 of your machines along with you using 1500 threads per machine
