Amount or Item(s) Scammed:  4 Account Upgrades
Screenshots of Communication: Since seller deleted his discord server, I don't have screenshots of tickets where we did transactions. All i have is this screenshot of me sending him a message but he's not replying. https://imgur.com/m33Ljqp
Additional Information: Buyer sold me 4 Netflix Account Upgrades with a lifetime warranty but 12 months guaranteed! Accounts were working and suddenly he deleted his discord server. I contacted him on his discord profile, email, and thread. But of course, he didn't answer. He just liked my thread reply. Accounts stopped working and I opened paypal cases and then, of course, when he must return money, he answered on paypal case. Many people were replying on his thread on cracked.to that their accounts stopped working and he guaranteed them 12 months working but he is, OF COURSE, not answering. Very unprofessional, insolent and bold seller !!!

Sorry for commenting in here but I would like to add some extra stuff on here. I don't know if he scammed us or not but he did say "until his service/method is up" meaning if he decides to say the method is patched then he would like to not continue on but he also said on his discord server that he is seeking new method but in order to do that he is saving money. (don't have screenshot) The more suspicious was he deleted his whole discord server. There was no reason to do it if he is running away or he never will be finding new method every again. I'm not saying he exited scammed but still it's suspicious tho.  thinking

I did not state a 12 month warranty, or a 12 month guarantee at all. I clearly have it written that I will ONLY replace as long as my method/service is working/up. But it has been patched already.

Please check my Shoppy, and a screenshot of my thread design that specifies nothing about a 12 month guarantee.
Also, I CLEARLY, multiple times have told my customer that I do not guarantee any months, I have answered multiple people asking if it's a 12 month guarantee, and I deny it since like I said, it's only until my method/service is working/up.

I have made it very clear to my customers that I will only be replacing the accounts only until I am able to replace them, I have also made it very clear that I do not give a 12 month guarantee.

Edit: I have only refunded the people that have pre-paid for upgrades that I have not able to upgrade.

Edit: Here is a screenshot of just a few of the customers who have asked about the guarantee in which I always say that until my method/service is working/up, I will replace, and DENY a 12 month guarantee.

Ngl you did say that as long as the method is working. The timing was shit but I don't think it's the sellers fault. Op and @Darkness you can check my post, there is a screenshot of a PLDT's official saying on temp unavailable to Netflix like I said the timing was really shit on this one. But he actually never stated that he gives out 12 months warranty at all, the design and shoppy do don't state that at all. Keep in mind that I'm not friend with him nor I have personal connection to him but I 100% think he didn't scam us. :monkas:
