Screenshots of Communication: Not providing as we have reached a deal, but I am opening scam report due to him stalling for weeks

Additional Information: Opening scam report against @lutrax because over a month ago I made a deal with him, he would get the ebook Villain Income which I sell for no money upfront, but for $125 when he had it, which I did because he seemed decently trustworthy. He said he would pay it within a week (5 weeks ago).

Important- @lutrax attempted to resell/trade my ebook twice, he inquired if another cracked member would trade @flupher ebook for my ebook, and then attempted to resell it a second time. Both were reported to me by the other person, and Lutrax claimed he would send me $250 to make up for it, which I am disregarding as he doesn’t have the money.

Next, Lutrax also attempted to ‘troll me’ my flooding my discord server, which he was then banned from. This was a month ago.

Ever since then I have been waiting on my payment from @lutrax and he has stalled. He has the money now but tells me life is difficult in his country etc etc bullshit. I have given him many chances and he would be banned twice over already if I had reported the leak. I would like my money now.

[If Applicable] Crypto address for a refund: provided on discord, will accept paypal at a 15% fee.

I will give him 24 hours as he is currently offline. I have given PayPal and bitcoin addresses.

I understand I'm not suppose to comment anything unnecessary on scam reports but @Psychedelic kindly update your thread with screenshots of communications as Admins would not be taking only your word for it. You'd have to build your own case only then Admins can help in resolving the issue.
