To begin lets be transparent before anything starts. My TOS on the Hilton Honor product clearly in BOLDED letters says "NO REPLACEMENTS FOR ENHANCED SECURITY!" This is shown even before buying. My job is to provide the account. Methods change over time and aren't always the same and can be out of date. The accounts were fully working and I provided the customer a service that is no where near expensive to remove 2fa and transfer points. The response given was "I don't want to spend more money". This therefore leaves me no room to help this customer out in which he went into a loop about the accounts. This caused me to close ticket and ban the customer since he didn't follow TOS also left a negative feedback when the issue wasn't with me but on the customer end.

I was nice enough to replace the account with another even though I don't replace 2fa. I have over 100+ good feedbacks I have 0 reason to scam. Maybe read the TOS next time <3

Money mustve been a issue before hand. I see why the customer didnt want to spend money on a cheap 2fa removal service.

QUICK EDIT: I replace 2FA on login. Not anything outside of that.

How can It not be removed if you never tried the service???

I did not have knowledge that the email was covered in asterisks. Second the product description clearly says no replacement on 2FA.

Final message from me. Get the 2fa removal service or theres nothing I can do for you. Unless mod/staff tells me I have to replace the account or refund I will not be taking any action in that.

**UPDATE** 
Asked customer if he wanted me to replace his 2fa account until it worked. Denied that request and told me only a refund.
I'm not deemed to offer a refund. Sales trashing by leaving false negative feedback on shop, c.to thread and vouch button
