So he scammed me for $100 and now the guy that I was talking to said that he  hacked Salty and stolen his cookies. I have a hard time believing that tbh.

No I don't have my money and no I can't chargeback the money because it was paid as F&F with paypal balance, only way is to dispute it as an unauthorized transaction, but they denied it.
