You need to host ngrok.exe, voice_response.py and change the url on the config file like I did on the vid, I showed the vid without cuts to prove that the bot works and it's 100% operational
@Ping I can guide you on how to setup the bot like I did with @yolos4
All of the mentioned tasks were done.
The bot was able to function and place the call successfully.
Upon the call being answered a vocal error message is played.
What could the issue be in this scenario?
I'm trying to replicate the error, but the only way I can get the same error is by not changing the ngrok url, the setup as I did it on the video is how it's supposed to be done. I'll make another video using text now so you can see it doesn't give that error.

Btw, an application error means that Twilio couldn't read the XML voice and script that it had to display, this information is hosted on voice_response.py and can be accessed through the ngrok url you have to change each time you turn the bot on
PD: Congrats on 4 years
After confirming the versions of these packages and trialing again with the exact package versions the same issue persists.
In the root directory of the application could you perform the following command and send the output to me?
Code:
pip freeze
This should output a list of installed packages in the format needed for requirements.txt

@Ping what you have to do is create an ngrok account, and that will give you an AUTH key. Then you open ngrok.exe and type in "ngrok authtoken YOUR_TOKEN", that will fix the problem.
The instructions for the utilization of the software are incomplete upon delivery to the seller. I was capable of having this bot succeed with the additional step provided by the seller above a few times, but not with a persistency rate of 100.00%.
Given that the information that had been provided to the seller upon the product/service being delivered has been insufficient, and rendered the software unusable to them, I will side in their favor.

One step was missing, and if the buyer was kind enough to ask me instead of posing as if I blocked him which I never did it would've been resolved. I've had 3 more customers purchasing this service and this is the first complaint I get
