Additional Information: was in discussion for a long time with this scammer, eventually agreed to send 200 USD for him to use in his method and he has sent excuse after excuse was supposed to send money back yesterday, then this morning then some bullshit excuse and promised me 4 hours later and guess what nothing just scammer
I seriously don't know wtf is wrong with this scammer, bad enough he scammed be but to play games for two days is just scummy
