Additional Information: He is supposed to do 5 reviews per day. 35 in total that are drip fed over 5 days. He did 7 reviews to verify he can do them, but since I paid he didn't do any more, and he's read messages and not responded for 12+ hours. Today I asked if he will do them or if I need to open a scam report. He said he is doing them and then gave me an ultimatum, to chose either get them right now or open report. I said I will give him 10 minutes to do 5 of them, if he didn't do them within 10 minutes I will open a report. It's been one hour now since this and still he didn't do any.

If you compare the screenshots you can see there's only been added one new review since your last named Crixus, tjhat was posted 3 days ago. The most recent review is one I did myself(Can show proof if needed). There's no more after that.

The reviews @realgarfield has posted seems to have been flagged by Google and that's why they're not showing. We have agreed to solve it with him refunding me my money. There also was an error in the total amount for this dispute, it should've been $10, not $7. I'll edit it right now.

I'll update in 24 hours, or before, if he does or doesn't refund me.

You can ban him. 24 hours passed and I asked if he got the funds about one hour ago, he said yes and asked me for my btc adress, but still didn't refund.
I told him I'll wait few more minutes as a last chance to refund me, but he still didn't do it. If he's complicating a refund of $10 then I suppose it's very clear that he never had the intention to refund at all.
