Additional Information: Sold me a level 2 roobet, I paid $40 because I thought it was fine, but I could not deposit or withdraw so I asked if he could make level 3, he said he would and it has been a whole 24 hours.
I asked if he couldnt do it to please refund the $40 ETH I had already sent. He never responded and ended up deleted telegram convos and scammed. His telegram is @Kycer2023
