I bought a Lifetime subscription of all his products from this dishonest seller. I am a generous buyer and I have no problem with money. 

I decided to reuse the stealer product, which I have used for only 1 week since I bought it, and I created a build, I sent the raw version to virustotal to test the crypter I bought from him. and 5 minutes later he closed my subscription. According to the rules you can't send a stub to virustotal. Of course rules are rules, but these rules should have been clearly written in the forum topic or in the telegram sales channel. Or there should have been a redirection to a bot showing that these rules exist. 

He hid the rules in the bot and says that he has canceled my subscription by collapsing on the money I paid as per the rules. 

This seller has a very bad manners from the beginning, he is not a good talker, he is not a solutionist, he is a complete asshole sales method. 

I don't expect such a characterless man to refund my money in full. If he is selling on this forum, I want him to be a user worthy of this forum and open the product he sold. 

Write the rules clearly in the subject. 
This place can sometimes accommodate experienced and sometimes inexperienced buyers, inexperienced ones should not be scammed. 

I hope that the forum management will put this character in his place.

this is very simple and invalid dispute.

user bought PureLogs for 339.15$, he said 2000$ which is a lie. lol you even lie here...

He scanned the output on virus total, the system automatically blocked him for breaking rules.

Rules are everywhere

Admin you should ban this user for 1 week for open invalid dispute and threating c.to sellers.

This topic is for purelogs dispute. Stop saying 2000$ when it's not. You are old customer and you know that I'm a trusted seller.

If you break rule then your product will get blocked. You can still access all other products.

Stop the drama and focus on this topic dispute.

I already wrote above what you did. and I accepted it, but it was not a deliberate act. (I didn't know the rules.) Of course it won't happen again when you give access back.

I would like to ask a question for my and the forum's information, it is a common behavior that these files, which are built via the stealer and transmitted to the victims, are scanned by the victims on virustotal and similar platforms. In this type of process, will I lose access to the products I bought from you? Or does this rule and controller look at whether the ip on the rdp where I run the product breaks this rule?
