So after i asked him for his cracked.to account I checked his profile and his discord was given https://prnt.sc/rc3x92 - After I wrote him a PM he changed it. https://prnt.sc/rc3ztr
Guess its obvious he scammed me as you can see in the screenshot of our private conversation on c.to
I purchased a Fifa20 Account on PC - After confronting him with the allegations he sent me Account details but I dont have Full Access still. (maybe my bad, i have not asked him for that.)
But I guess I should report this anyway because he obviously tried to take advantage because of his reps and scamming new people.

Crypto address for a refund: No Cryptoadress - was on PayPal.

Yeah i wrote that you gave me the account. But you scammed this account you gave me!
Also you would never have given me the Account if i had no evidence. 
You tried to hide it and you faced unsuspecting because you thought i had no evidence.

Also im in contact with the owner you scammed. I gave him his Account back and logged out.
I think the fact that you tried it so brazenly is worth a report.
Also you make yourself believable by writing everywhere that you are TRUSTED?
