Additional Information: He told me he didn’t want to use a mm, i said i wont deal with him without one. He told me $25 first and $25 after i checks if it WORKS. Didn’t worked and then told me to pay full price now. I said no deal was $25 first and i check if it works and it didn’t. And then i kept asking for refund and he blocked/deleted chat
