well i would appreciate if you could just close this cause its not really my fault he didnt ask anything
and I closed the previous ticket because i was no longer interested in selling you family owner accounts cause it was a waste of my time
but you made a new ticket on my new server too and you never mentioned the word accounts so i went ahead and sold it to you

It was always about accounts. It even says it clearly in the ticket. If I am looking for Netflix I am looking for Netflix account. If I am looking for Spotify I am looking for a Spotify account. This should be clear and if it is not clear I specified my interest it clearly multiple times.

in that sense i sell "upgrades" so i gave you the links for upgrades as you never asked
and i made it VERY clear that i wasnt giving any warranty

@Paradox6000 Refund him within 12 hours. He clearly stated he wanted accounts but you gave him invites.

they were upgrade links they made each account family owner

il still do 50 upgrades of family owners for you send me the mail on which you want the accounts to be created you want private right?
then send the mail.
I have no need to create mail as well
I will create the spotify accounts just gimme the mail's

I already bought from someone else. Please refund the amount to my btc address which i posted prior

1) I do upgrades not accounts. So i closed the ticket but you opened again and never mentioned account. 
2) You want "private accounts" but never mentioned it in the new ticket 
3) Half the links i sent you were redeemed(cant prove tho :/)
4) You didn't create accounts you didn't even create mails for the accounts.
5) I made it VERY CLEAR NO WARRANTY 
6) You didnt ask for more information.
7) Can only refund in ltc
8) I want a staff member to confirm this cause its complete bs to have to refund you(i have ticket transcripts)
9) Can i atleast do a partial refund?
