If you start a recording on your phone, open Telegram and type "@ctocompas" into the search bar of telegram showing that you are blocked, as the profile picture actually changes when you get blocked (i just checked)

@DrunkenGod, There is not enough evidence to say he did it or where it is an impersonator. You would not provide the telegram you was speaking too. Therefore, it is lack of evidence. Feel free to re-open the scam report once you have more evidence. Closed.
