In addition to book price, a minimum of $30 is required at this time but this is all inclusive.
Like I'm writing inside v4.1. (will be released in few days and provided to all existing customers free of charge) now people don't have to do any setup/configuration as everything is handled automatically.

So after buying ebook.

You cannot have unlimited instaces. $30 is the minimum required but this amount can reach $300, depending on the number of instances that you want to have.
The important thing is that you don't have to do anything by yourself anymore except deciding how much you want to invest. No more VPS or proxy rental fees, no more hassles.
