1. Go to the "Settings>Login Settings>User Managment".
2. "Create" a new user and log in with the Email:Pass that I gave you.
3. Activate your PS4 as primary from:
(Settings >/Account Management>Active as Your Primary PS4)
4. Go to "Library>Purchased" and add the games to start downloading.
5. Now restore licence from:
(Settings>Account Managment> Restore licence)
6. Sign out and log in with your main account, now you can see games downloading in your list.
7. Do not remove the account from your Users.
IMPORTANT:
After downloading the games, if you disconnect your PS4 from the Internet, you won't lose the game.
There is a chance of losing games ONLY when you're connected to the Internet.
