Should I continue with my SE ?

I don't really know if I should continue with my SE.
1. Apple SE for IPhone 13
   I've sent them the IMEI from eBay and stuff and FTID the return label and the Package really got lost in transit, but now they want my bill to open up an Investigation on UPS whether to find out what happened to the Package.
  My question is, what happens if I just tell them I lost the bill, or should I create a fake amazon bill and sent that?

2. Canon SE for 4999$
   Same thing here, but they want me to send them the bill before they sent me the return label. Same question here, should I send it, and what happens if I send it


Also just in general, both got my real address and name, because of the return label,  should I put a fake address on the bill and a fake name and say it was bought by a friend?

in fact go ahead you have nothing to loose for both of them, best way you get what you want, worst way you just dont, but you won't end up in jail anyway so move on and finish it a way or another !
