Shoutbox empty message bug

You generally cannot send an empty message, however if you send a whisper without any actual messages it'll work.

As you can see there is no message however, this will send the message fine and the user will receive it. This isn't a significant bug, but, is something to keep in mind.

And no, this does NOT use any sort of Spaces, Copy and Pasted characters, or special characters such as U+00A0

@Barry it's not a ghost w/ @iclapcheeks "w/ @name:" is considered valid when checking if message is empty or not. Another thing is that there wasn't any check added if the w/ message is empty. In next mayor sb update this will be pushed.
