Simple combo cleaner tool?

I got these files:
combos.txt
combos-hits.txt

I want to compare combos.txt + combos-hits.txt lines ➝ compare which lines are duplicates and remove both
Keep only the unique lines which have no conflict between the two

Note: I dont want to remove duplicates.
I want to delete the difference from the one + keep new lines in the other.
Checked many editors, didnt find a feature like this
